Requirements

  • Proficient with part grouping, part classifications, and part attributes
  • Interface architecture and design experience with MES and Shopfloor PLC data to IOT environments including MS Azure
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering or Intelligent Systems
  • 60 months of related experience as a MES Engineer, MES Group Leader, Business Analyst, AMS Leader or MES Developer
  • Related experience must include provide MES operational support to ensure the stability and efficiency of systems and services
  • Related experience must include gather and analyze MES requirements for production lines
  • Related experience must include configure and develop MES Systems
  • Related experience must include lead MES-related projects within the production plant
  • Related experience must include validate and implement new MES
  • Related experience must include create reports to provide valuable information to the business

Responsibilities

  • Lead role with Code development, customization, and support of Decostar’s MES system
  • Build and maintain production applications
  • Develop software applications
  • Analyze, design and test Manufacturing Execution Applications
  • Perform BOM setup and troubleshooting
  • Perform RFID scanning solutions and integrate with MES
  • Develop EDI interface
  • Interface and communicate regarding deployment between MES and ERP
  • Prepare and maintain detailed MES documentation
  • Meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of Decostar
  • Perform daily cross-functional job assignments as required and per the department’s established procedures and work instructions
  • Provide MES operational support to ensure the stability and efficiency of systems and services
  • Gather and analyze MES requirements for production lines
  • Configure and develop MES Systems
  • Lead MES-related projects within the production plant
  • Validate and implement new MES
  • Create reports to provide valuable information to the business
  • Perform other duties as directed
