Requirements
- Proficient with part grouping, part classifications, and part attributes
- Interface architecture and design experience with MES and Shopfloor PLC data to IOT environments including MS Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering or Intelligent Systems
- 60 months of related experience as a MES Engineer, MES Group Leader, Business Analyst, AMS Leader or MES Developer
- Related experience must include provide MES operational support to ensure the stability and efficiency of systems and services
- Related experience must include gather and analyze MES requirements for production lines
- Related experience must include configure and develop MES Systems
- Related experience must include lead MES-related projects within the production plant
- Related experience must include validate and implement new MES
- Related experience must include create reports to provide valuable information to the business
Responsibilities
- Lead role with Code development, customization, and support of Decostar’s MES system
- Build and maintain production applications
- Develop software applications
- Analyze, design and test Manufacturing Execution Applications
- Perform BOM setup and troubleshooting
- Perform RFID scanning solutions and integrate with MES
- Develop EDI interface
- Interface and communicate regarding deployment between MES and ERP
- Prepare and maintain detailed MES documentation
- Meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of Decostar
- Perform daily cross-functional job assignments as required and per the department’s established procedures and work instructions
- Provide MES operational support to ensure the stability and efficiency of systems and services
- Gather and analyze MES requirements for production lines
- Configure and develop MES Systems
- Lead MES-related projects within the production plant
- Validate and implement new MES
- Create reports to provide valuable information to the business
- Perform other duties as directed
