Requirements

Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar full-stack development role
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment pipelines is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js and modern UI/UX principles
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design and query performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development
