About The Position

Support the company's growth strategy by researching and evaluating acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and new markets. This role involves researching potential acquisition targets across the U.S., analyzing competitors, market trends, and industry developments, and evaluating companies based on service offerings, geographic reach, and strategic fit. The intern will build and maintain acquisition prospect lists and company profiles, prepare executive summaries, scorecards, and recommendations, and track M&A activity within tax consulting, engineering, and professional services sectors. The position also supports leadership with strategic growth initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
Previous internship, project, or coursework in finance, consulting, market research, or corporate strategy
Familiarity with financial analysis, valuation, or M&A concepts
Experience using research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar platforms
