This role can be performed at any of our Fox Valley branches. The Merchant Services Administrator is responsible for supporting Merchant Services by coordinating onboarding, documentation, implementation, service requests, and follow-up activities for commercial and retail clients. The role works closely with the Merchant Services Consultant/Associate, internal teams, and vendors to help ensure timely execution and a strong client experience.
