Wells Fargo is seeking a Merchant Call Center Sales Specialist to join our Merchant Services team. As a Merchant Call Center Sales Specialist, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business customers by selling a full suite of electronic payment solutions, including Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems, ecommerce gateways, and mobile payment tools. You will engage pre‑qualified inbound leads across multiple channels as well as warm outbound calls, assess business needs and deliver customized merchant services proposals, and educate customers on payment security, fraud prevention, and compliance. You will manage the customer journey from first conversation through application, onboarding, and activation, and partner with internal Wells Fargo teams to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience. This role also involves supporting inbound customer and prospect calls in the Merchant Services Call Center, assisting with account setup across multiple platforms for a variety of industries, and navigating multiple systems to resolve inquiries related to funding, billing, interchange, and payment operations. You will consistently meet sales goals, service metrics, and performance expectations.
