About The Position

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is seeking a Merchandising Swing Representative for its Retail Chain Sales Division. This role will service multiple accounts in and surrounding areas of Allen Park. The Merchandising Swing Rep is responsible for the timely stocking and product handling of all GLWAS merchandise shipped to an assigned retail account. This includes packing out all orders, pricing individual bottles, building displays, resetting shelf and cold box schematics, implementing correct signage, product rotation, fronting, dusting, and maintaining shelf and display cleanliness. The position also involves building positive business relationships with account management and maintaining good product knowledge on all GLWAS brands.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic competency with basic iOS devices
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
• Must pass a background check on a criminal record, physical evaluation, agility (lift) test, and drug screen.
• Must consent to the company's screening of your driving record.

Responsibilities

• Improve appearance of GLWAS items in accounts.
• Understand and execute shelf, display, and cold box standards.
• Ensure all shelf price tags are correct and in place.
• Ensure all display prices are correct and placed with current pricing.
• Maintain and place all current POS for all products.
• Maintain and use reports, forms, and pre-plans.
