About The Position

At Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, we are looking for a hands-on Merchandising Supervisor to lead, coach, and support a field-based team of merchandisers while ensuring retail execution standards are met across assigned customer accounts. This role requires regular market presence, direct observation of merchandising work, and hands-on support when business needs require it. In this role, you will support daily field execution, customer account needs, and retail standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Three or more years of merchandising experience, preferably in retail, beverage, consumer goods, or a related field.
• One or more years of supervisory, lead, or team-coaching experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ability to travel between customer locations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and business-driven schedule changes.
• Access to a smartphone device for work-related communication, scheduling, and field support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily account visits and maintain regular market presence.
• Monitor merchandising execution, display compliance, shelf conditions, cooler standards, and retail execution quality.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field observations, and in-store coaching with merchandisers.
• Build, replenish, and maintain retail displays when business needs require support.
• Support stocking, product rotation, shelf/cooler replenishment, and route coverage during operational shortages.
• Work in retail sales floors, store backrooms, coolers, warehouse areas, and customer account environments.
• Resolve retailer execution issues and partner with Sales and Delivery teams to improve service and execution.
• Ensure assigned merchandisers complete daily work in accordance with company standards.
• Support safety, productivity, and customer service expectations in the field.
• Develop schedules that balance customer needs, staffing levels, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with peers and business partners to achieve department objectives and support continuous improvement.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
