This position is primarily responsible for the supervising and training of Merchandisers and sales relief. HR responsibilities include hiring/firing, evaluating performance, and writing corrective actions. Provide leadership, guidance and quality assurance to the merchandising team as well as ensuring that The Odom Corporation procedures and standards with regards to all aspects of merchandising products are completed timely and accurately.
