About The Position

Join Premium Retail Services as a Merchandising Specialist, bringing top brands to life in stores across your community. Represent hundreds of brands across multiple retail locations and help create better shopping experiences. Work hands-on with a wide variety of products, including magazines, candy, cosmetics, and health essentials, keeping shelves stocked and displays maintained. The role involves working independently, managing your schedule, and reporting completed tasks through a smartphone app.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a smartphone with reliable data service and a functional camera.
• Demonstrate consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable moving around the store, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items as needed.
• Be able to follow detailed instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately.
• Pay strong attention to detail and take pride in high-quality work.
• Be comfortable using mobile apps, step-by-step instructions, and reporting tools.
• Be able to work independently, manage a schedule, and remain accountable.
• Be dependable, self-motivated, and committed to accurate, efficient results.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions and complete tasks thoroughly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor.
• Front-face, organize, and maintain product displays.
• Set up displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials.
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions.
• Use a smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required.
• Represent Premium professionally in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners.
