This role is responsible for leading a team of Merchandising Service Associates (MSAs) to execute the overall Merchandising Service strategy. The manager will guide MSAs on project priorities, provide training and coaching, manage performance, and handle disciplinary actions. They will also oversee project expenses, identify and resolve issues, and communicate project updates. A key aspect of the role is identifying opportunities for efficiency and merchandising improvements. The manager will lead the team in merchandising live goods in garden centers and collaborate with Field Project Managers on large third-party labor projects. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed according to planograms, maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards, and operating store equipment as needed.
