We’re seeking an Merchandising Manager to join our team to help with store Stockroom, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store functions, helping customers in a positive and approachable manner, and organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery trucks to the sales floor. The manager will ensure seasonal areas are maintained, perform opening and closing procedures, and process corporate directives. Responsibilities also include maintaining promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays, assisting with merchandise ordering, processing damaged goods, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits), and loss prevention. The position requires maintaining store cleanliness and organization to company standards, protecting company assets, and adhering to safety guidelines. The Merchandising Manager will also support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders.
