Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
  • Experience leading others or stepping into a leadership role
  • Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-first mindset with strong accountability and ownership
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the business
  • Collaborating with managers, associates, members, and business partners to meet evolving business needs.
  • Using data and multiple sources of information to identify risks, track results, and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Support the Team: Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service. Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments. Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates.
  • Run Day-to-Day Operations: Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for members. Ensure Club Pickup (online order pickup) is accurate, on time, and easy for members to collect. Jump in to problem-solve and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver for Members: Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member. Resolve concerns quickly and confidently. Assist members with purchases, questions, and self-service tools.
  • Improve the Business: Use basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results. Help streamline processes to make work easier for the team. Partner with club leadership to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Keep It Safe & Compliant: Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
