About The Position

Merchandising Execution Associates ensure products are stocked and properly merchandised to provide customers with a positive shopping experience, while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency. They execute price changes, rotate products, and complete special projects to improve product displays and meet suppliers’ needs and expectations. They carry out strategies to display products correctly and drive sales, build displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, and refresh display materials, signage, and brochures. MEAs work in teams under on-site supervision and serve multiple store departments. They also build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and provide superior service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and bending.
• Ability to operate lift equipment.
