The Merchandising Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Sales and Marketing teams by developing and executing merchandising tools that drive in-store visibility and retail effectiveness. This role owns the end-to-end execution of merchandising materials—including POS, premiums, and sales tools—ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely delivery to the field. This position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and external vendors to translate business needs into effective merchandising solutions while managing timelines, budgets, and vendor performance. This role provides a foundational sales and marketing experience supporting Mission Tortillas—the largest tortilla brand in the US.
