About The Position
Kroger is seeking dynamic and creative college students with a passion for food to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This internship program offers on-the-job training, mentorship, and real-world experience. The Spring 2027 program is a 16-week immersive experience from January 11 to April 23, providing students with focused internship assignments to grow their careers. Participants will drive projects, refine professional skills, work alongside industry leaders, and connect with other students nationwide. Applicants must have work authorization in the US that does not require future visa sponsorship.

- Passion for food
- Eagerness to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced innovative environment
- Desire to utilize newly acquired education, skills, and experience
- Work authorization in the US that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization
