About The Position

TJX Companies is offering a Merchandising Career Path starting in Winter 2027 and June 2027. This program provides a best-in-class onboarding and training program for the first 5 weeks in the Planning & Allocation School of Excellence (PASE). Associates will have the opportunity to make an impact and contribute to a specific team within an inclusive culture where all Associates feel welcomed, valued, and engaged. The environment is challenging, collaborative, and team-based, with a hybrid work model (typically 2 days on-site, 3 days remote). Relocation benefits are available for those who qualify. The corporate office is located in Framingham, MA, and is not easily accessible by public transportation, requiring candidates to have dependable transportation. A variable work schedule is part of the position based on business needs, which may include travel to area stores, local vendors, or other office locations, and work hours may not always align with public transportation schedules.

Requirements

A well-rounded academic background (a completed or soon to be completed Bachelor's degree – December 2026 or May 2027) – all majors considered!
Genuine interest in a career in Retail / Merchandising

Responsibilities

Analyze sales trends and reports to anticipate consumer buying patterns and product trends
Create and implement allocation strategies for our stores and / or e-commerce sites
Ensure the right merchandise gets to the right stores at the right time for several multi-million-dollar product classifications
Visit TJX stores and competitors to analyze / evaluate the product mix
Resolve merchandise issues with our Distribution Centers, Buyers, and Vendors
