About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part Time Merchandising Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. You will role model customer experience practices, support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and accurately process customer purchases and returns. You will also promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain the merchandising philosophy and standards, and process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Additionally, you will participate in store recovery, maintain organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor and the entire store, and provide and accept recognition and feedback. You will adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Other duties may be assigned.
