About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and accurately handles customer transactions. The associate will promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process/prepare merchandise for the sales floor. They will also participate in store recovery, maintain organizational and cleanliness standards, and provide/accept feedback. Adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, as well as supporting shrink reduction and safety awareness, are key aspects of this role. Other duties may be assigned.
