About The Position

Merchandising Services Company is seeking Convenience Store Merchandisers. The starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour with opportunities for pay increases and advancement. This role involves approximately two weeks of travel per year, with daytime hours, up to 40 hours per week, and the possibility of overtime. Early access to earned wages is available through the Paycor wallet. Company-provided hotels will be used for travel, and travel pay and per diem are offered when traveling.

Requirements

Must be able to travel, including overnight hotel stays, with potential weekend stays and sometimes out of state
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Proof of auto insurance
Must have Real ID Drivers License
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Must possess the ability and/or experience to read planograms
Must follow and comply with all company policies and procedures as defined in the company handbook
The ability to work quickly and efficiently

Nice To Haves

High school diploma/GED and equivalent training and experience, preferred
Merchandising experience preferred but not required, we will train

Responsibilities

Utilizing a Plan-O-Gram to complete the merchandising of existing in-store products, to include, but not limited to; Tagging, moving, and/or rearranging of existing in-store products on existing shelves, in bins, inside coolers, or any other areas of the store.
