About The Position

The Part-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. The role services customers professionally while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. It is labor-intensive and involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language ability.

Nice To Haves

• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, and review code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, including building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
