Part Time Merchandiser
About The Position
Footprint Solutions is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within an assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The route typically averages 5 hours per week, and in some areas 10 hours per week. The listed service locations are in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role includes stocking and organizing merchandise, updating planograms and displays, completing audits and reports, assisting with store refreshes and resets, applying security tags and labels, and submitting photos and reports through a mobile app. Merchandisers work independently in stores and communicate directly with their District Manager. Virtual training and ongoing support are provided; no experience is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including text and/or email.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to effectively communicate with store personnel.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
- Ability to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks.
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground level to 5 feet high, and occasionally up to 6 feet high.
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
