Merchandiser - Beaver Dam Area
About The Position
Frank Beverage Group is a family-owned and operated beer, wine and spirits distributor. They are hiring a Merchandiser for the Beaver Dam area. The role involves providing in-store merchandising and stocking products at customer accounts. This includes stocking shelves, building displays, installing and maintaining POS, rotating stock, and ensuring products are presented for consumer purchase. The team members are committed, innovative leaders in the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to valued customers.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent inter-personal skills; friendly, personable, and approachable
- Goal oriented, focused, and assertive
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
- Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, lifting
- Climbing up and down ladders

- Prior customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Merchandise, stock and rotate product at each account
- Inventory and reorganize back stocks, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed
- Ability to build displays, fix shelving, hang signage
