About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV) is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to join their team. PBV is the nation's largest private bottler and distributor of Pepsi beverages, operating in NC, SC, MD, & DE. This role involves merchandising products, including stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking and rotation, organizing storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. The schedule for this position is 2 pm - 10 pm, 3 days a week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
• Customer service skills required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
• Good driving habits.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor.
• Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
• Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned.
