About The Position

The Merchandiser ensures Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and products are rotated according to company standards. The role maintains customer satisfaction by caring for back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and other points of product availability, while developing and preserving customer relationships and representing Swire Coca-Cola. The schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., five 8-hour shifts per week, with weekends required and overtime as needed. The listed pay is $23.25 per hour, with a possible bonus structure dependent on role. The work involves traveling to stores on assigned local routes using a reliable personal vehicle; employees are not responsible for transporting company products.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to stores on assigned routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance; transporting company products is not required.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Use technology and applications as required throughout the workday.
Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily, with labels facing outward.
Rotate products using a first-in, first-out system to maintain product quality.
Build displays and promotional items in assigned stores by moving, stacking, and assembling items according to instructions and the schedule set by the supervisor and store management.
Maintain and organize back rooms and back-stock areas so they are safely accessible.
Prepare credited product that is unfit for sale for return within assigned stores daily.
Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
