About The Position

As a Merchandiser, you’ll complete project-based retail work to make products and displays visually appealing, attract and engage shoppers, and build strong relationships with store managers. The position supports retail locations nationwide, with the company’s corporate office in Tampa, Florida. Projects can range from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on volume, and work is performed during daytime retail business hours, with occasional evening or weekend shifts encouraged. Some smaller projects may allow you to create your own schedule.

Requirements

• Have reliable personal transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; some markets may require longer travel.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
• Be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising activities, including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, shelf stocking, light dusting and cleaning of completed sets, retagging, and product rotation.
• Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays follow planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked through an online portal accessible by smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Maintain retailer-specific online certifications as necessary.
• Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
• Partner with and build relationships with retail store associates and management.
