About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to help ensure its beverage brands are available to customers in South Austin and Dripping Springs, Texas. The role involves merchandising products and displays, monitoring inventory and product rotation, placing orders for existing sales routes, and communicating with customers, coworkers, and shoppers.

The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, with a 6:00 a.m. start time. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record. Employees must use a personal vehicle during business hours. Starting pay is up to $26.86 per hour based on experience. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience; no work experience is required.
• Lead, management, stocking, grocery, and delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Place point-of-sale advertising according to company merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Communicate daily with customers, coworkers, and shoppers; resolve problems and follow up.
