About The Position
SRS is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented merchandiser to maintain a small branded cooler/freezer unit at a local grocery store. This flexible opportunity is perfect for someone who lives nearby or already has business in the area. The role involves visiting the store once a week to check inventory, restock as needed, perform bi-weekly full product changeouts (including defrosting and updating signage), and verify thermostat settings. Service reports, including photos, must be submitted the same day via smartphone/device.
Requirements
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a smartphone to report tasks
- Individuals who live close to the store within a 10-15 mile radius
- Professionals looking for supplemental income, not a full-time position
Responsibilities
- Visit the store 1 time per week (based on client requirements)
- Perform bi-weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting the unit, restocking, and updating signage
- Check inventory levels and restock as needed (20 min. average) on other visits
- Verify thermostat settings are accurate per instructions
- Report service via smartphone/device the same day, including required photos
