About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to help ensure its beverage brands are available to customers in Georgetown/Leander, Texas, and surrounding areas. The role involves merchandising products and displays, maintaining product availability and rotation, managing inventory and breakage, and placing orders on existing sales routes. It also requires regular communication with customers, coworkers, and shoppers to resolve issues and follow up. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, beginning at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until the work is finished. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. The position requires use of a personal vehicle during business hours and the ability to perform physical tasks including repeatedly lifting, pulling, and pushing more than 50 pounds, kneeling, bending, and reaching above head height. Starting pay is up to $24.73 per hour based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses; comprehensive benefits are also mentioned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push more than 50 pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

Management, lead, stocking, merchandising, grocery, and delivery experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous sales or merchandising experience preferred; no work experience is required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
Place point-of-sale advertising according to company merchandising standards.
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
Communicate daily with customers, coworkers, and shoppers; resolve problems and follow up.
