About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit various stores within an assigned territory and ensure floral displays are attractive, well-stocked, and organized. The merchandiser works independently while coordinating with local teams and collaborating directly with clients. Falcon Farms provides a planned route and the tools needed for store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The role pays $16.00 per hour. The merchandiser may also support stores during peak floral seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, and assist with new displays and inventory adjustments when needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
Internet access and a smartphone.
Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
Restock and organize flowers and monitor inventory.
Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
Help prepare stores for seasonal demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when needed.
Support teammates with special activities when needed.
