About The Position
Join Fabiano Brothers as a Merchandiser and be part of a fast-paced team in the beverage industry. This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure our products are stocked, displayed, and ready for customers across local retail locations.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly and perform physical work
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
- Smartphone for time tracking
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and coolers at assigned retail accounts
- Build and maintain eye-catching product displays
- Move product from deliveries to the sales floor
- Organize and condense backstock
- Rotate product to ensure freshness
- Maintain strong relationships with store personnel
