About The Position

This position is responsible for merchandising products, which includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and movement of products from storage to the sales floor. The role involves merchandising store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in assigned accounts, maintaining backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition, and communicating issues to supervisors and co-workers. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Retail industry work experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
• Customer service skills required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
• Good driving habits.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
