This role involves displaying beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on the sales floor of retail stores. The Merchandiser arranges products according to a prearranged plan or their own ideas approved by management, places price and descriptive signs, and transfers product from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with 'Sell By' dates, maximize product in store, and minimize product in the stock room. They also order product for assigned accounts to ensure no out-of-stocks, originate display ideas or follow suggestions, and communicate effectively daily with key store personnel. Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
Communicate effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
