About The Position

The Merchandiser supports sales and marketing efforts by ensuring products are visible, attractive, well-stocked, and maintained in assigned accounts. The role involves building creative displays, placing point-of-sale and activation materials, participating in brand development initiatives, and maintaining shelves, counters, cold boxes, windows, and retail inventories to merchandising standards. The Merchandiser works collaboratively with sales teams and customers in a fast-paced environment and has opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. The position is paid at $22.00 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with Saturday work required.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and vehicle registration required.
Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
Spend substantial time standing or walking.
Maintain focus and attention to detail while handling complex tasks.
Travel to customers, prospects, or vendors and work in various weather conditions.
Stay alert and careful given potential road-travel and display-setup accident risks.

Responsibilities

Ensure shelves, displays, windows, counters, cold boxes, and retail inventories look their best and meet merchandising standards.
Arrange point-of-sale items according to brand standards.
Work with Sales Representatives to maintain appropriate inventory levels for shelves, counters, cold boxes, and floor displays.
Keep a photographic record of displays in each account.
Monitor and track displays, counters, shelves, and signage by store.
Create merchandising presentations for retailers.
Establish and maintain relationships with store managers.
Provide brand and product information to store managers and customers as needed.
