About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to help ensure its beverage brands are available to customers in their communities. The role involves merchandising products and displays, maintaining shelf stock and product rotation, monitoring inventory and breakage, and determining product needs for orders on existing sales routes. The position is based in the Mission, Texas area and is scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours and have reliable transportation.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds or more, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous sales or merchandising experience; no work experience is required.
Stocking, merchandising, grocery, or delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
Place point-of-sale advertising according to company merchandising standards.
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
Communicate daily with customers, co-workers, and shoppers; resolve problems and follow up.
