About The Position

The Part-time Merchandiser services customers safely by maintaining and correctly rotating stock at large-format off-premise stores. The role supports sales by building customer partnerships, maintaining Red Bull products and equipment, executing merchandising processes, monitoring competitors, and collaborating with sales team members. The merchandiser represents the Red Bull brand through responsible driving and a professional presence in the market.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle for work purposes with at least the minimum required insurance coverage.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English language ability.

Responsibilities

Rotate and maintain Red Bull products according to product rotation standards to minimize out-of-code and damaged products.
Keep Red Bull equipment clean and in good working order.
Carry out Red Bull merchandising processes and routines.
Evaluate competitors’ activities, including new product launches and price reductions, and communicate findings to the Merchandising Manager or sales team members.
Build and protect the Red Bull product portfolio.
Notify the appropriate Account Sales Manager about dented, damaged, or out-of-code products; out-of-stock items; and Quality Point of Distribution (QPOD) opportunities.
Maintain professional relationships with retail account managers.
Work with sales team members to build new programs and sell in large displays.
Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
Lead by example and follow company standards and Red Bull values.
Represent the Red Bull brand through responsible driving and an in-market presence.
