As a part-time Hallmark Merchandiser, you work independently in assigned retail stores to maintain and showcase Hallmark products, build relationships with store teams, and represent Hallmark. You collaborate with local store employees to optimize product placement and inventory, and may support other team members with seasonal resets and installations. You may occasionally work with products from other companies in the stores you service. The role involves day-to-day restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark product inventory and displays, using a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work tasks and communication. Seasonal demand may require additional workdays, extended hours, and occasional holiday or weekend work. Reset assignments may involve building or installing fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections; these assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance and may take place in the evening or on weekends. This is physically demanding work on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms. The position averages 12–14 hours per week on a variable schedule during the work week. Starting pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training. Part-time employees working fewer than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits, and eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
