About The Position

The Merchandiser Stocker provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the Greater Pharr, McAllen, Elsa, Donna, Edinburgh, and surrounding areas. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts within an assigned territory. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes. The position requires travel between stores in a personal vehicle. Products are delivered to stores in advance, so the merchandiser does not transport them. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time role with shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. and ending when work is finished, five scheduled shifts per week. Weekend work is required, with days off during the week, and overtime may be needed. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-service-oriented, comfortable working independently and interacting with others, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The work is active and involves repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases. Starting pay is $18.29 per hour, increasing to $19.24 per hour in the quarter after the employee's six-month anniversary. Benefits are subject to eligibility.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
