About The Position

The Merchandiser provides merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in the assigned territory, which includes the Greater Stevensville, Benton Harbor, and surrounding areas in Michigan. The role stocks and displays products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned. They use their personal vehicle to travel between stores; products are delivered to the stores in advance and are not transported by the Merchandiser. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. This is a full-time position with five scheduled shifts per week, beginning at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Weekend work is required, with two days off during the week. Overtime may be needed. The role involves repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling of product cases and requires independent work as well as interaction with others.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Provide proof of vehicle insurance.
Have access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Be self-motivated and customer-service oriented.
Be comfortable working independently while interacting with people.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and spend most of the shift physically active.
Be detail-oriented and take pride in work.

Responsibilities

Stock products on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within the assigned territory.
Display Keurig Dr Pepper products at retail stores.
Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts.
Cover routes as assigned when required.
