Requirements

High School is preferred.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required.
Applicants must be over 14 years old (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required).

Responsibilities

Receive and unpack product following proper receiving habits, including accurate piece counts and documentation of damages or shortages.
Count, stock, face, and rotate inventory using the First In, First Out (FIFO) process.
Merchandise products in an organized, accessible, and attractive manner with correct signage and pricing.
Support inventory counts to help maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory integrity at the location.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety by emptying containers, sweeping floors, and using PPE appropriately.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers promptly and efficiently, addressing special requests, and handling complaints professionally.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
