Responsibilities

  • Champion innovative and inclusive merchandise strategies that reflect our brand vision and resonate with global and regional customers
  • Collaborate closely with Concept Design, Visual Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to turn creative ideas into compelling, on-brand product assortments that balance aesthetic and commercial impact
  • Use a mix of storytelling, customer insights, and data to influence decisions and fuel assortment strategies
  • Evaluate and influence seasonal investment opportunities with Inventory Management to prioritize high-potential ideas and support key growth areas
  • Monitor and communicate in-season business performance, identify creative solutions to risks, and adapt strategies in real-time
  • Communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and creative way to inspire cross-functional alignment
  • Oversee diverse, cross-functional projects that challenge conventional thinking and push the brand forward
