About The Position

Keep the Gift Shop stocked, organized, and ready for our guests! Pirates Voyage is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Merchandise Stock Room Associate to support our retail operations. This position works behind the scenes to keep merchandise organized, inventory on hand, and the Gift Shop ready to provide a great experience for our guests. If you enjoy staying organized, working with your hands, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate computer skills and the ability to learn and use company systems.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, inventory, warehouse, or stock room experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize merchandise shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stock room.
• Restock merchandise in the Gift Shop as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Help ensure merchandise is available and ready for our retail team.
• Assist with creating and maintaining merchandise displays in the Gift Shop.
• Provide support to the Merchandise and other departments as needed.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
