As a Stock Associate, you're an expert at the timely flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. You’re a flexible team player, working with your team to achieve sales goals and willing to step onto the sales floor when support is needed. Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong time management skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak business needs.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Constant walking and standing.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Strong sensory skills such as good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity.
• Ability to consistently lift 10-35 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 55 lbs. with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent store operations by keeping product moving and working with store leadership to execute daily action plans.
• Develop and implement solutions for merchandising opportunities.
• Maintain stockroom efficiency and productivity by organizing merchandise, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Be reliable, uphold Vera Bradley’s core values, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
