FableticsEl Segundo, CA
$94,000 - $110,000Hybrid

About The Position

Fabletics is looking for a Merchandise Production Manager to own the graphics chase program end-to-end for the Fabletics businesses using in-house blanks. This includes managing special print projects for collaborations and licensing. The role involves setting strategy, prototyping, costing, PO management, vendor communication, and ensuring on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives on full ownership, can shape a roadmap, and is comfortable chasing down samples. They should be able to move fast, manage multiple concurrent projects without losing detail, and bring the urgency and accountability required for a sole-driver role. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Product Development & Sourcing – Men’s.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production experience including working with domestic vendors
  • 3+ years of experience working in PLM and purchase order creation systems
  • Operational knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, apparel manufacturing, or product development
  • Experience with screen printing, embroidery, and other embellishment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to use lookup functions and create pivot tables
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing as needed to meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of collaboration, urgency and accountability
  • Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the graphics chase program end-to-end — strategy, calendar, execution, and delivery — as the sole driver of the business
  • Partner with merchandising and buying teams to analyze demand and translate it into a seasonal graphics buy plan
  • Collaborate with design to develop and approve all graphics programs using in-house blanks; manage artwork, pitch sheets, and revisions with the printer
  • Build the full cost picture for every style — partner with accounting on blank costs and negotiate print, setup, freight, and duty costs with vendors to produce tiered quotes
  • Manage sample development end-to-end: order blank samples, route prototypes, and drive approvals against the calendar
  • Lead special print projects for collaborations and licensing — gather required briefs and assets from cross-functional teams, build T&A calendars, and keep all partners on track to milestones
  • Create style numbers and BOMs in PLM, pull blank inventory, and coordinate shipment of blanks to vendors
  • Send monthly buys to each vendor and partner with the offshore team to create, reconcile, and recap all POs for the graphics business
  • Own daily vendor communication and maintain a live WIP report; review weekly with the Sr. Director
  • Define, document, and continuously optimize the graphics calendar and end-to-end process
  • Source, vet, and onboard new domestic printers and embellishers to support category expansion
