The Merchandise Processor assists the Store Management Team with support in overall operations, excellent customer service and sales floor, and sales floor functions. This role involves attaching price tags to clothing and wares to meet preset production and sales goals, tracking production, and reporting to supervisors daily. The position requires knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly processing goals and adherence to all Picture Process Maps (PPM’s), production metrics, and pricing guidelines. Additionally, the Merchandise Processor is responsible for collecting found money and donated jewelry, processing necessary paperwork, and ensuring the store and surrounding premises are kept clean and free of safety hazards. Providing excellent customer service to all customers, donors, and team members in a timely and courteous manner is essential, as is meeting all qualitative and quantitative performance standards established by Goodwill. The role also includes completing other assignments or projects designated by the Store Management Team.
