Merchandise Coordinator, Wholesale Jewelry- East Bay, California
About The Position
Premier Brands Group Holdings, a global leader in apparel, jewelry, and accessories design, is seeking a full-time Merchandise Coordinator for its Jewelry Group. This role will be based in the East Bay area of Northern CA and will be responsible for servicing multiple jewelry brands within Macy's and Kohl's stores. The Merchandise Coordinator will ensure proper merchandising and presentation of brands, manage stock, execute promotional events, build relationships with store personnel, and communicate product information and trends. The position requires strong communication skills and previous retail or merchandising experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all brands are merchandised and presented properly by classification, key trends, and lifestyle
- Organize stock by color, style, and price
- Ensure that all promotional and markdown events are executed correctly at store level
- Develop strong relationships in stores with associates and all levels of management
- Communicate trends, product knowledge, and selling information to the stores
- Prioritize developing partnerships with store management in order to negotiate prime locations, additional capacity, and communicate stock call outs
- Report issues and concerns with Regional Manager
- Complete store recaps, time sheets, and expense reports
