About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is seeking a Part Time Merchandise Associate. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The role models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately processes transactions, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. The associate will also process and prepare merchandise, participate in store recovery, and maintain organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor and the entire store. They will provide and accept feedback, adhere to labor laws and policies, and support shrink reduction and safety awareness goals. Other duties may be assigned.
