Requirements

Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.
Supporting and embodying a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
Promoting credit and loyalty programs.
Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and following established merchandising procedures and standards.
Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
Other duties as assigned.
