About The Position

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is the industry leader in arcade and entertainment facility design, development, consultation, and operations. We partner with the nation’s top waterparks and entertainment facilities. We also own and operate our own brands including In The Game and Bonkers. We are currently seeking a Merch Assistant for the arcade within The Big Game Room at Kalahari. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive impact through outstanding guest service, is energetic, enthusiastic, loves meeting new people, and wants to be encouraged to have fun at work.

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, and loves meeting new people

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a retail setting is a plus but not required
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding guest service
• Taking inventory of merchandise including prizes and office supplies
• Checking in orders and maintaining accurate records of what has been received
• Restocking of redemption area and merchandise games
• Displaying and accurately pricing new products
• Entering products into the redemption system software
• Restocking and reorganizing storage areas, making sure products are accurately labeled and easy to find
• Assist in other departments when called upon to do so
