About The Position

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a Merchandise Stocking & Receiving Assistant for the arcade within FEG – Kalahari / Tom Foolerys in Wisconsin Dells. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, stocking products, receiving shipments, and maintaining clean, labeled, and navigable merchandise areas. The role is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are organized, dependable, willing to learn, enjoy assisting guests, and are team-oriented.

Comfortable stocking, receiving packages, unpacking boxes, and organizing product.

Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
No experience required; training will be provided.
Entry-level position, suitable for a first job or resume builder.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in retail, warehouse, stocking, inventory, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Providing outstanding guest service.
Receiving merchandise shipments and packages.
Assisting with unloading pallets, boxes, and product deliveries.
Checking in orders and helping maintain accurate records of what has been received.
Communicating missing, damaged, or incorrect items to leadership.
Restocking the redemption area and merchandise games.
Organizing backstock and storage areas.
Making sure products are accurately labeled and easy to find.
Keeping merchandise storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
Assisting with inventory counts of merchandise, prizes, and office supplies.
Helping move, stock, and organize product throughout the arcade.
Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so.
