About The Position

SimplyEuro is hiring a Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician for their Plano, TX location. This role is for technicians who want to diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles using specialized tools and procedures. The shop environment is designed to support high-level technicians, with an average of 200+ flagged hours per technician monthly. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling advanced electrical diagnostics, CAN/LIN network issues, drivability concerns, ADAS calibrations, engine performance, suspension systems, transmission diagnostics, and the latest Mercedes-Benz technology. The company emphasizes a culture where technicians are trusted professionals, not just parts changers, and provides all necessary factory-level tools and equipment for accurate repairs.

Requirements

• Physically capable of performing tasks involving grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to maintain a fast-paced work rhythm for extended durations.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced electrical diagnostics
• Address CAN/LIN network issues
• Diagnose and repair drivability concerns
• Perform ADAS calibrations
• Troubleshoot engine performance
• Repair suspension systems
• Diagnose and repair transmissions
• Work with the latest Mercedes-Benz technology
• Perform factory coding, programming, and software updates
• Utilize OEM special service tools and diagnostic equipment
• Perform repairs correctly the first time
